Week of August 12 – 18, 2024
We’re in a potent week, in between the Lion’s Gate and the upcoming Aquarius Full Moon next Monday 8/19. Assimilating the downloads of Light from last week, we’re expanding our capacity to receive, generate, and embody Light. The transformation (and transmission) that occurs as a result can take us to our highest version and divine expression of authenticity. The journey can feel abstract and esoteric at times, and it’s important to navigate the terrain with equanimity, especially when the mind can’t yet begin to understand what’s awakening within.
With Mercury retrograde until 8/28, we’re still digesting and assimilating new consciousness through our inner operating system. This weekend (8/18) signifies the halfway mark of the retrograde journey, and it’s important to remember that our “normal” capacities may be temporarily offline for a period of time, giving us adequate space for deeper reflection and integration, beyond what the local mind can understand or articulate.
As we allow the Light to come in, and as we increase our capacity for Light to channel through the awakened mind, we also discover the illumination of shadows that may or may not have previously been explored or examined. While it might be tempting to over-analyze the shadows, it’s more important to keep our focus on what’s awakening beyond the density. Through the contrast of Light and dark, there is a transcendental dimension calling forth our full undivided attention. That transcendental dimension is the gateway to the diamond mind through the unified mind/heart, and the higher lens of vision.
As we transcend the illusion of duality – the illusion of polarized opposition and the struggle between Light and dark – we find the higher dimension of consciousness that reveals new consciousness and higher ground. This week takes us through a variety of choice points, allowing us to consciously navigate beyond the old tendencies of polarization, embracing the invitation to elevate, unify, and transcend.
When we get out of our own way, drop our defenses, and surrender the game of extreme polarization and inflammatory opposition, we find ourselves gazing through the open heart of transcendental vision, seeing ourselves clearly in the mirror, revealing our highest intention and purpose of being here. What matters most is how we choose to live into that divine remembrance, and the overflowing abundance of vitality we allow ourselves to experience along the way. The struggle that occurs in polarized opposition can be quite exhausting; however the transcendental gateway of unified realization is breathtaking, liberating, and magical.
If we can’t get out of our own way, we may find ourselves being rudely interrupted or even nudged by the unexpected curveballs and surprise events that are abundantly ripe and ready to bloom this week. Not only are we headed for the radical Aquarian Full Moon on Monday 8/19 (ruled by Uranus and intersected by Uranus), we’re also heading towards a Sun Eris manifestation this week just as Albion stations retrograde. The moments of awakening are palpable; and although not always convenient, they are life changing.

It’s important to remember – moments of awakening happen when we least expect it. The universe makes no apologies for the radical events that erupt in spontaneous fashion, in order to nudge us into alignment anytime we begin to fall asleep at the wheel. Take nothing for granted this week, make no assumptions, and keep the heart wide open as the default setting. Any spontaneous event is serving a much bigger unfolding, so look for the gift in anything, and find the blessing as a rule of thumb. There’s electricity in the atmosphere, passion stirring the inner volcano of the heart, and a rumbling in the darkness. It’s time. Whatever is unearthing now is simply altering the terrain (and altering our consciousness) for a higher vision to manifest and take shape.
The week begins on Monday 8/12 with a Mars Orcus stepping stone, Mars Chariklo manifestation, Black Moon South Node (karmic) conjunction, Chiron Pallas great eliminator, and Juno Sedna manifestation. The Lion’s Gate portal officially closes today, and we find ourselves feeling called to step up into our highest alignment in order to walk our talk and embody our wisdom. When we allow that wisdom to motivate our actions, we find ourselves fully embodying our Light. This embodiment of Light feels stabilizing, illuminating the cellular library of cosmic consciousness within the empty space of every cell.
On Tuesday 8/13, Mercury and Sedna form a stepping stone (2nd of 3), followed by a Chariklo Orcus great eliminator, and Venus Salacia great eliminator. All 3 of today’s aspects involve 5D archetypes, meaning we must take an elevated lens of consciousness in order to see clearly what’s right in front of us. In order to read the crystalline records from our inner operating system, we must elevate beyond surface level appearances and find a higher attunement to see into the empty spaces. There’s a divine remembrance unveiling through the heart today, and that dimension of consciousness is vastly infinite. Remember, when the aspects feel abstract or esoteric, it’s important to allow it all to digest and integrate, without trying to find meaning prematurely. Mercury is still retrograde, and the mind can only process what it’s seen before. We’re moving into new consciousness that the mind can’t track, yet.
Wednesday 8/14 begins with a Mercury Pluto great eliminator (2nd of 3), followed by a Mars Jupiter conjunction new cycle, Mercury Haumea resource (2nd of 3), Black Moon Ixion stepping stone, then Mercury retrogrades back into Leo. The Messenger is dialing into the hidden dimensions of higher consciousnesses, beyond the veils, beyond the illusions and distortions. The hiding places and defensive mechanisms are dissolving, and multidimensional transparency is increasing. It’s important to remember that everything is connected, a part of a bigger orchestration of universal wholeness. In the bigger context of wholeness, we have access to everything, and our lines of communication and connectivity are always available. Even through what seems to be a disconnect, there is still a greater wholeness that is always in tact, part of the greater operating system. Breakdowns lead to breakthroughs, and alchemical transformation is always available. As Mercury re-enters Leo, let the mind attune to the Light, and find gratitude for all that’s unfolding.
On Thursday 8/15, there’s a Vesta Eris manifestation, Astraea Orcus conjunction/ new cycle, Sun Chiron manifestation, Mercury Neptune great eliminator, Black Moon Sedna manifestation, and Mars Saturn stepping stone. Today’s Astraea Orcus conjunction reveals a new beginning in the higher consciousness of our awakened Self. When we remember why we’re here and why it matters, our soul offers a crystalline lens of filtration and discernment; we can calibrate ourselves holistically to that attunement. Like a tuning fork or a gong, the precise note we’re here to play becomes the guiding Light that calls forth our embodied participation – from Soul to cell. When we remember our divine Light and higher Service, we begin to appreciate all of the experiential wounds along the way that have played a role in the overall development of our personal mastery. Everything eventually serves a higher purpose, and when the dots connect, we truly begin to honor and celebrate our wholeness. Every piece and part contributes to the whole; not just the parts we like. All of it matters.
Friday 8/16 reveals a Black Moon Pluto manifestation, Black Moon Haumea subtle intimacy aspect, then the Black Moon retrogrades into Virgo, followed by a Black Moon Neptune bridge, Neptune Pluto resource, Sun Pallas stepping stone, Venus Great Attractor stepping stone, and Black Moon Mercury subtle intimacy aspect. There’s another epic bridge of enlightened clarity today, allowing us to zoom in and zoom out to reveal the hidden dimensions. Let the veils thin, allow the clarity to arise, and let the unfolding transcend even our own internal reference points. Things aren’t as they appear at the surface level. As we continually open to what we can’t yet articulate or understand, we find ourselves shining the brightest light of truth and transparency through even the darkest shadows.
On Saturday 8/17 (another 8:8:8 gateway), there’s a Black Moon Uranus manifestation, Venus Chariklo great eliminator, Black Moon Vesta subtle intimacy aspect, Venus Orcus new cycle, Black Moon Eris great eliminator, Black Moon Sun subtle intimacy aspect, Sun Eris manifestation, then Albion stations retrograde. This is the 2nd of 3 “8:8:8 gateways” in this month of August, and our active embodiment of the infinity loop is key. Unifying mind/heart with spirit/matter, we begin to initiate the universal template of yin/yang wholeness, through the gateway of the heart, accessing the center of the universe and the womb of creation and manifestation. It’s in every one of us, and the more conscious we become of this universal template of energy, the more conscious we become of the power to create and manifest from our highest Self. There’s an inner awakening today through any moment of discomfort or discord, and it’s important to stay tuned to any inner sparks as they occur. Albion’s station holds a still point of validation for all that’s stirring in the atmosphere and unearthing within us.
And Sunday 8/18 begins with a Mercury Galactic Center manifestation, Mercury Uranus stepping stone (2nd of 3), Venus Albion manifestation, Mercury Vesta conjunction, Black Moon Chiron great eliminator, Uranus Vesta stepping stone, Vesta Galactic Center manifestation, followed by a Sun Mercury conjunction, and Venus Jupiter stepping stone. The Aquarius Full Moon is tomorrow 8/19 at 2:25pmET/ 11:25amPT. Today signifies the 1/2 way point of Mercury’s retrograde journey, calibrating a balance point of conscious awareness through the open heart. Anytime we choose to open, we gain access to universal abundance. Anytime we choose to shut down, disconnect, or bypass, we avoid/deny the access point of universal abundance. The choice is ours. The atmosphere is ripe with electrical charge that can shake up the collective mind like a snow globe….unearthing the holding patterns and limiting beliefs, while promoting freedom and authenticity through all of the moving pieces and parts as they become awakened like stars in the night sky. Stay tuned to the Light, stay tuned to what’s awakening, and stay tuned to the highest frequency of Divine Love.

The practice this week is spaciousness. Take the time to digest and assimilate all that’s unfolding and awakening. Much of what’s being digested is new consciousness, which needs space to ground, in order to be fully realized. Instead of trying to fixate on understanding from the mind’s capacity, allow the spaciousness to integrate, and be patient. While we can all feel it in the atmosphere that change is in the air, it’s important to remain open and available to what we can’t yet see or understand, and allow it to manifest in divine timing. Take good care of your self, stay present and aware, and witness the spontaneous unfolding as it occurs.
“If you want to awaken all of humanity, then awaken all of yourself, if you want to eliminate the suffering in the world, then eliminate all that is negative in yourself. Truly, the greatest gift you have to give is that of your own self-transformation.”
— Lao Tzu
