- If you purchased membership using PayPal you can not use this form to cancel. Simply log in to your personal PayPal account and cancel your recurring payment from there. Please note that canceling in PayPal will stop your subscription immediately.
- If you hit SUBMIT to cancel your account you will no longer be charged the monthly fee, but you will have access to your membership until the end of your pay period.
